Payment & Ordering Process

Ordering products from Natural Senses is easy and simple. We are endeavor providing a pleasure
online shopping experience for you. You can browse by product category, brand, and product
range. You can view product details with full product description, ingredient and How to Use.
We are able to accept payment through cheques(upon arrival) and major credit cards (Visa,
MasterCard). Credit cards are processed when the order is placed. Customers also can pay via
Banking Transfer to the company’s bank account. For bank details, write to us at

Orders will only be processed after at least 50% of payment has been received for big orders. We
will contact you after you have placed your order with the cost for shipping.
Our Minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 3000pcs per SKU.

Refund and Cancellation:

We always check and make sure that the products which are shipped meet all the requirements
ordered by our clients and customers. However, in case of manufacturing defects in any of our
product, we guarantee a full refund to our customers. In case of such circumstances, the
product purchased from our entity must be returned within 72 hours of delivery.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If the customer refuses the delivery of
an order, it will fall under our standard return policy, whereby round trip shipping costs and
restocking fee will be deducted from the customer’s refund.
Refund / return will be provided to the original purchaser only. Refund will be made by the same
method as payment received for the order.

Cancellation Policy:

Once we start processing of the customer’s order and the customer wishes to cancel a charge
which is a chargeback fee will apply which will be levied by Payment Gateway. All orders
received can be cancelled within 48 hours of confirmation of the order.
Any order which is in transit cannot be cancelled or refused by the customer.
